Terms & Conditions of Service & Warranty
Dong Fang Waterproof Sdn. Bhd.
1. General
By engaging Dong Fang Waterproof Sdn. Bhd. (“the Company”) to carry out waterproofing works, the customer agrees that all terms, conditions, scope of works, limitations, payment terms, and warranties are strictly as stated in the approved quotation and warranty certificate issued by the Company.
2. Scope of Service
The Company acts as the waterproofing contractor and service provider and provides workmanship services only.
The Company does not sell materials separately.
3. Pricing & Payment
All pricing, payment terms, and conditions are as stated in the approved quotation or invoice.
Failure to comply with payment terms may result in suspension of works or warranty coverage.
4. Refund Policy
As the Company provides services only and does not sell materials, no material refund applies.
Any rectification, claim, or remedial work shall be handled strictly in accordance with the warranty certificate issued.
5. Warranty
All workmanship warranties are valid only when a written warranty certificate is issued and are subject strictly to its stated terms and conditions.
No other warranties, whether expressed or implied, shall apply.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Company’s total liability, if any, shall be limited to the value stated in the relevant quotation or invoice.
7. Intellectual Property
All drawings, method statements, documents, images, and materials issued by the Company remain its property and may not be reproduced or used without written consent.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
